Our historic hotel is located directly on the Rose Parade route — and our spacious Presidential Suite features unobstructed views of Colorado Boulevard, perfect for watching the yearly spectacle of floats and bands! The 1,100-square-foot suite, which can accommodate up to 49 people, includes two terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a one-of-a-kind venue for bridal preparations, board meetings, brainstorming sessions and, of course, parade viewing parties!

Looking for an unforgettable gathering under string lights and stars? Our breezy, walled-in courtyard — located off the lobby — is ideal for receptions of up to 75 people. The Mediterranean-themed space features a peaceful water fountain as well as lounge- and café-style seating.

Ideal for receptions, our scenic pool deck can host up to 250 guests. The palm tree-dotted deck has spectacular views of the San Gabriel mountains, offering a peaceful escape in the heart of Pasadena.
Colorado Room

Located on our third floor, the 1,697-square-foot Colorado Room has an airy, 11-foot ceiling. Natural sunlight streams in from the many windows (with views of tree-lined Colorado Boulevard!). Accommodating up to 120 people, the space is equipped with a screen and a projector, making it ideal for meetings or social events.
Sunset Room

Also located on our third floor, the 1,277-square-foot Sunset Room has a soaring, 20-foot ceiling. The room — which is flooded with natural light — features floor-to-ceiling windows and a step-out balcony. An air wall can divide the room into two smaller rooms, both equipped with screens and projectors. In its entirety, this space accommodates meetings for up to 40 people, sit-down dinners for 60 people or receptions for 88 guests.
Bogaard Room

The 804-square-foot Bogaard Room (named after the city’s former mayor) can accommodate meetings for up to 30 people, sit-down social events for up to 50 guests, and receptions for 60 people. With its 10-foot ceiling, the Bogaard Room can be divided into two smaller spaces via an air wall, and includes dual white boards, projectors and a step-out balcony.
Conference Rooms 431 & 439

Located on the fourth floor, conference room 439 can accommodate up to 8 people. Enjoy natural light, a conference table and leather chairs, a white board and a projector.
Conference room 431 is suitable for up to 10 people, and was designed with meetings, brainstorm sessions and interviews in mind. Enjoy natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a conference table and leather chairs, a white board, a projector and a step-out balcony.
